Classic French Fish Soup made with Leeks, Saffron, Prawns, Onions, Tomato, Fennel, Thyme & Mussels served with Rouille & Croutons

1/2 Lobster Thermidor (£5.50)
Lobster meat is removed from the shell, gently cooked in a Thermidor Sauce, replaced in the shell, topped with cheese & Cayenne & finished under the grill

Grilled Crevettes (£3.00)
Grilled and served on b bed of lettuce with a Honey, Mustard and Lemon dressing

 
Moules (£2.00)
Mariniere: steamed with White Wine, Onion & Cream
Lyonnaise: as above with Tomato, Garlic and Chilli added
La Planche: steamed in olive oil, sea salt and black pepper

Main Courses

Sea Bass Fillets (£5.00)
Grilled in Olive Oil, Sea Salt & Black Pepper, flamed in Pernod and served with Fenel mayonnaise

Whole Lobster Thermidor (£11.00)
Lobster meat is removed from the shell, gently cooked in a Thermidor Sauce, replaced in the shell, topped with cheese & Cayenne & finished under the grill

Dover Sole Meuniere (£7.00)
Whole Dover Sole grilled with butter and lemon juice served on or off the bone

Bouillabaise (£6.00)
The same as the starter description above, but with the addition of Monkfish, Sea Bream, Sea Bass, Cockles and more.
